Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the nature of the product, all sales must be final. We cannot accept returns except in the case of media with material defects, which will be replaced at our expense.

Q: What formats are your clips in?

A: All of our clips are available in Broadcast NTSC (720x486 29.97fps Quicktime/Photo-JPEG)

Q: Do you offer High Definition?
A: Yes, we offer HD Stock Footage at http://www.gotfootageHD.com

Q: Do you offer FTP download of purchased clips?

A: Yes! In fact, it is the only way to take delivery

Q: Why isn't all of my download available immediately?

A: While most clips are available for immediate download, because of the size of our library, there will always be exceptions. These exceptions are always processed as quickly as possible and usually available within 24 hours.

Q: Does the purchased version have a watermark or visible timecode?

A: No! These are only present on the demo clips.

Q: What are lab fees?

A: Even though we are an internet based company, most of the work in processing and delivering your order is done by real people at our facility in Nevada. The lab fee covers the real costs associated with processing each order, both in human terms and in the costs of bandwidth, storage, and other technology. We feel that charging these costs as a separate fee rather than raising the price for each clip allows our customers to realize the greatest savings possible on each order.

Q: Is the lab fee a Per Clip fee?

A: No, the labe fee is a per order charge regardless of the number of clips you order.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Our affiliate sites offer pre-selected collections of clips from our library. Please visit:

Q: Do you hire videographers?

A: Yes! We do on occasion hire outside (professional) videographers for shooting specific material. At the current time we are no longer accepting Standard Definition and HDV submissions. If you would like to be considered for HD jobs, please visit http://www.gotfootageHD.com

Q: Can I sell my video through your web site?

A: No
