All footage on this site is Royalty Free. That is, you pay only once for the right to use footage. Once the license fee has been paid, you may continue to use licensed material in future projects with out the need to pay for additional license fees.

Broadcast quality clips are full NTSC resolution, 720x486 at 30 FPS. These full quality clips are intended for use in film, video, and DVD production, and are available in a wide variety of formats, including Beta-SP, Mini-DV, and CD-ROM.

Broadcast Quality clips delivered on CD-ROM are directly importable to AVID, Media 100, Final Cut Pro, and any other QuickTime based editing system. Files are compressed using the Photo JPEG codec to provide optimal quality with minimal compression.

Multimedia clips are QuickTime compressed video clips, 320*240 at 15 FPS. Compression codec used for file production is Sorenson. Multimedia Quality clips are delivered on CD-ROM suitable for use in either Windows or MAC PCs. Multimedia Quality clips are intended to be used for computer based applications such as PowerPoint, Web Applications, and Kiosks.
